What happens to your details when you use this site. Updated 28 October 2026.
Who we are
JRT Visuals is run by Jay Thomson on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. For anything about your details, email hello@jrtvisuals.com.
What we collect
When you book a call, we get what you type into the form: your name, email, mobile if you add it, your business or channel, your rough budget and what you want content to do. Cal.com, which runs the booking calendar, also records the time you pick.
The site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. They set cookies that record things like which pages you visit, your device and your rough location.
Why
To reply to you, prepare for the call and run it. The analytics tell us which pages and ads are working, and the Meta Pixel lets us show ads to people who have visited the site.
Who else handles it
Netlify hosts the site and receives the form. Cal.com handles bookings. Meta and Google run the analytics and ads. We don't sell your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're talking or working together. Ask and we'll delete it.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. You can block cookies in your browser settings, change your ad preferences in your Meta account, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
