Effortless Swimming: 20.7M views in a year
I edited Brenton Ford's swim-coaching channel, made its thumbnails and ran its analytics and content strategy from February 2025 to March 2026. Views went up 69% on the year before.

YouTube Studio, November 2024 to November 2025, against the year before. The window starts about three months before I did.
Where the channel was
Effortless Swimming had been running for eight years and was doing well, but it had stalled. For about two years it sat at roughly a million views a month and 3,000 to 4,000 new subscribers a month.
What I did
All the editing and thumbnails, regular audits of the channel's analytics, and the content strategy that came out of them: which topics to make, and which formats to double down on.
What happened
Monthly views climbed from about a million to a steady two to two and a half million. That's the baseline doubling, not one video spiking. Across the work the channel went from 300,000 to 400,000 subscribers.
Viral spikes are luck. Doubling an eight-year-old channel's baseline is a system.
"Great communication and quality of work."Brenton Ford, founder, Effortless Swimming
