Jack Bloomfield: 7k to 47k subscribers

I film and direct Jack's YouTube videos and built the system his editors work to. Within six months his channel went from about 7,000 to 47,000 subscribers, with about the same number of uploads as before.

YouTube Studio, the 365 days from June 2025, when I started. Every metric was more than 999% up on the year before.

Where the channel was

Jack is a young Australian founder. By May 2025 his YouTube channel had about 7,000 subscribers and was barely growing month to month. His Instagram had been flat for months.

What I did

From June 2025 I took over production: filming, directing and the structure of every video. Jack works from prompts rather than word-for-word scripts, so it still sounds like him. I also set up the system the editing team works to, and I'm still on the channel as a freelancer.

What happened

The channel took off within weeks. Its best day, in July 2025, brought about 1.2 million views, and its biggest month about 8 million views and 21,000 subscribers. Instagram went from flat to about 100,000 new followers in seven months (Social Blade). Jack wasn't posting much more than before. The growth came from choosing the right formats, not from more output.

Same channel, same person, roughly the same output. Different system.
